About the role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing in a growing, purpose-driven fashion brand. You’ll work closely with the founders to support campaigns, content, and performance tracking—learning how conscious brands grow online without noise or shortcuts.


What you’ll do

  • Support social media planning and posting (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Assist with content ideas, captions, and reels
  • Help monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks)
  • Support email campaigns and website updates
  • Research trends, competitors, and content inspiration


What you bring

  • Interest in digital marketing and brand communication
  • Good written communication skills
  • Curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms


Nice to have

  • Experience with Instagram, Canva, or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify or email marketing tools
  • Interest in fashion, sustainability, or branding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to build and manage distributor partnerships for safety and commercial footwear across Europe, with a strong focus on Germany.

Your mission is to identify, onboard, and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and B2B buyers capable of placing large, repeat orders. This is a results-driven freelance role with high autonomy and strong earning potential.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and approach distributors, wholesalers, and B2B buyers in Europe
  • Build long-term distribution partnerships in safety and commercial footwear
  • Present product ranges, pricing structures, and volume offers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close large-volume orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams on samples, specifications, and timelines
  • Track leads, deals, and pipeline progress in a structured way
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs and B2B meetings (as needed)


What you bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, distribution, or business development
  • Strong network or understanding of the European safety/workwear market
  • Confidence in negotiating volume orders and long-term contracts
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • German language skills are a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently


Nice to have

  • Existing distributor contacts in Germany or DACH
  • Experience with safety footwear, PPE, or industrial products
  • Familiarity with EU compliance basics for safety/workwear products
  • Experience working on commission-based or freelance contracts
